Dotted red connector = broken chain
The AURA conversion chain
The chain is the core logic beneath every AURA layer, gate and artefact. A requirement is not operational until the organisation can follow all twelve links end to end, from the standard that applies to the remediation that fires when evidence is missing.
Each link below is a testable question. In the registry, every requirement carries its own chain. Any missing link shows exactly where the row fails.
A control with no owner is an aspiration.
An owner with no workflow depends on memory.
A workflow with no evidence cannot be assured.
Evidence with no remediation path documents failure without correcting it.
How to run a five-minute demo
- Open the registry and point to the completeness stats: every number is derived from the chain, not asserted.
- Filter to broken chains. Open the Agentic use case and show the dotted red break where a control has no owner. Read the aphorism aloud.
- Open a requirement, complete the missing link, save, and watch the chain close and the score rise. That is policy becoming proof in real time.
- Click an evidence link URL to show that evidence lives in the organisation's own document store. The registry proves the chain; the documents stay where retention and access control already live.
- Export the CSV. The evidence survives the tool. That is the AURA durability test.
